Integrity: We work to a fixed scope and a fixed price. We won’t invoice unrequested extras. We’re trusted to hold many property keys and alarm codes.
Responsiveness: If we say we’re going to be there, we’ll be there. We’ll respond immediately to any issues or feedback. Our customers often refer to us as the ‘5th Emergency Service”.
Professionalism: We are accredited and a member of leading Guilds. All operatives are Health & Safety trained. We carry full employers and public liability insurances. Our painters and decorators are highly skilled and have enhanced DBS clearance.
Helpfulness: We employ friendly and approachable team members. We will leave properties clean, tidy and secure. We invite customer feedback on completion of all our projects.
