Internal Decoration to New London Apartments

Project Requirements

To complete the internal decoration of these new apartments to the highest standard possible. 

Solution Implemented

We prepared all the areas and then applied the finishing coats in a high-quality emulsion mixed to Farrow and Ball colours chosen by the client. For the woodwork, we prepared using a knotting solution and primer and then two finish coats of eggshell paint. We also primed and painted wooden external windows sills, window and door surrounds using ICI Dulux Weathershield undercoat and finished with ICI Dulux Weathershield Gloss in dark grey.

Challenges Overcome

Due to the location of this site in London, we changed the decorators hours to avoid the morning commute rush, so they arrived very early and were able to reach the site to drop off equipment and materials that would be too awkward and heavy to carry, before parking in the nearest car park.
