Gerrards Cross Residential Refurbishment Case Study

Refurbishment Project of a house in Gerrards Cross

The ABK team were asked to carry out a large refurbishment project to a house in Gerrards Cross.

Project Requirements

Refurbishment works included Internal painting throughout the house, new carpets, french polishing, electrical works, removing and installing new furniture and then the external painting of oak windows, some windows were replaced and we also repainted the main gates.

Solution Implemented

We worked closely with the client advising him on paint colour schemes and used a colour matched paint on the walls in a designer equivalent matt finish.  We arranged for a high-quality carpet throughout the upstairs and polished the flooring downstairs. The client even decided that he wanted his oak windows painted in dark grey to modernise the property a little more.

Challenges Overcome

We had an extremely tight timeline for this project, just six weeks to carry out the full interior redecoration to this 9,500 sq ft property including sanding/staining floors, electrics and carpets. We had a large team of up to 14 men on site along with a project manager to run the project as smoothly as possible.  We provide a full range of trades for any building refurbishment work https://www.abkltd.co.uk/more-than-painting/
