Residential Property in Great Missenden

A lovely residential property in Denner Hill, Great Missenden, Bucks. Great Missenden is an affluent village with approximately 2,000 residents in the Misbourne Valley in the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire.

Project Requirements

We carried out a lot of preparation works to the exterior of this property and then we carried out full external painting and resin repair work using ICI products.

Solution Implemented

On this part of the property, you can see that our decorators needed to carry out some larger render crack repair work with a specialist resin before painting in ICI Dulux Weathershield Masonry paint.  

Challenges Overcome

Painting this area of the property was very straightforward, on other parts we needed to hire in a cherry picker lift to reach some awkward areas.

Results

As the property is exposed to the weather on top of a hill, we have created the best result possible to hopefully gain 7 to 10 years of protection before a redecoration would be again necessary.  On this page, you will find some imagery relating to works completed on the project.
