Exterior Painting at Monsanto 

External painting to tanks at Monsanto formerly based at Hillbottom Road, Sands Industrial Estate, High Wycombe, Bucks.

Project Requirements

We stripped back all of the flaking paint to the two metal tanks and then re-painted them.

Solution Implemented

We cleaned the tanks, primed and painted them with ICI Dulux Metalshield paint to improve the look. 

Challenges Overcome

These tanks were very high and being cylinder shape the access was a challenge.  We supplied the client with a Method Statement and carried out a full Risk Assessment before we started the work and put in place all the necessary safety requirements to complete this safely, on time and within budget.

Results

The tanks now have a protective coating to protect from the weather to avoid corrosion. The longevity of the product was the main aim.  On this page, you will find some imagery relating to works completed on the project.
