Park House, High Wycombe Case Study

Internal and External Decorations to Park House

Painting of new apartments converted from a Grade II Listed building opposite The Rye Park in High Wycombe.

Project Requirements

We painted all the apartments including hallways and staircases across the four floors, this was an extremely large project, working alongside the builders over an 8 month period as and when required.  We also painted the full exterior of the property.

Solution Implemented

A variety of paints were used including, Dulux Contract Matt and Durable Matt emulsions on walls and ceilings and Dulux Satinwood on the woodwork.  We used Dulux Ultimate Opaque and Smooth Masonry paint in Gardenia on the external. Dulux Metalshield in a satin finish was used on metal handrails, grilles and frames.

Challenges Overcome

If an internal area was not quite ready for us and the weather permitted, we were able to continue with the external painting.

The builders did an amazing job with the conversion and we are pleased to be associated with the painting and decorating of it when looking across from The Rye Park the building really stands out and looks stunning.
