Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School Case Study
The ABK team was contacted by Sir William Borlase’s School to carry out some internal decoration at the grammar school in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
We were asked to carry internal painting and decorating to classrooms, corridors, toilets, staircases, hallways and landings during the summer school holidays.
We carried out a very high level of preparation work to ensure longevity and a high-quality finish. We protected the floors and furniture and removed any old fixings, then used fillers and sealed any water damaged areas. The walls were finished with a highly durable matt paint and the doors with undercoat and gloss in Trafalgar Blue, Borlase’s school colour.
Working on School premises it is a necessity to have enhanced DBS disclosures. All our decorators and management have up to date DBS.
Our painters were reliable, professional, very skilled and were backed up by the office staff and our Decorations Contract Manager who provided the specification for the work. We also provide a full range of trades for any building refurbishment work, please take a look at our building page.
The client was extremely happy with the finished project. The images above are our genuine pictures of the project.
“We have been using ABK’s decoration services for several years now. Their professionalism in the way that they deliver their services has been first-class and I am very happy to recommend them for these services.”
