We take the issue of Quality Control very seriously, in every project we use the same care and attention to detail. Quality is demonstrated in our expertise in sourcing the best materials and in the skills of our people, who are perfectionists to the core!
Confirmation
By a full visual inspection of completed works by supervisor and project manager.
Appraisal
When the project manager is 100% happy with the inspection only then, will hand over to the client for appraisal.
Feedback
The client can provide feedback on any issues they have identified and any imperfections will be corrected immediately.
Form
Once the client has approved the works, they will be asked to complete our ‘Site Completion’ form to confirm completion of the project. We will never walk away from any project and leave the customer unsatisfied.
